Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund eligible purchases.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the order is received.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original state with all tags attached to be accepted for a refund.
Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for a refund to be processed.

To ensure optimal hygienic standards are met; all panties, hosiery, baby dolls, and any lingerie sets that include panties , swimwear bottom ,one piece swimsuit, are final sale. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You will be credited for the returned items and taxes.
